consumer, healthcare, technology and service businesses. He has guided organisations through growth, turnarounds, mergers,
acquisitions, IPOs and successful exits. Before establishing his consulting practice in 2005, Rod was Managing Director of The
Freedom Group, where he helped grow the business to 240 stores, six brands in three countries. Outside the boardroom, he is
known for completing 127 consecutive boxing rounds in a Guinness World Records title performance that raised more than
$220,000 for charity. On stage, Rod combines commercial candour, humour and hard-earned experience in a way that
